Stephen Bullock, MAI, FRICS
 
Steve Bullock entered the commercial appraisal and consulting business in 1987 as an Associate Appraiser with Real Estate Research Corporation (RERC), then the nation's largest commercial real estate appraisal firm.  He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute (MAI #9823) and the FRICS qualification and Chartered Valuation Surveyor specialism from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).  He is Chair of the New England Chapter of RICS.
 
The Appraisal Institute is the largest association of professional real estate appraisers in the US.  MAI designated members are qualified to appraise all types of commercial property and have met rigorous requirements relating to education, testing, experience, demonstration of knowledge, understanding and ability. 
 
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is the oldest and largest professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property and construction in the world. RICS has more than 160,000 members in 146 countries.
 
Steve Bullock has published in online blogs and The Appraisal Journal, a peer-reviewed academic and professional quarterly and the most frequently referenced periodical in appraisal literature.
